Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from SAVR Cosmetics.

Returns

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used beard oils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@savrcosmetics.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by SAVR Cosmetics.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@savrcosmetics.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
